These terms and conditions apply to all appointment bookings that are made via Smoothline's website. Smoothline® is a company of Smoothline AG headquartered in Zurich. Smoothline® is a registered trademark.

Appointment bookings
Appointment bookings are binding. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please tell us at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise a late cancellation fee will be charged.

Treatment costs
Treatment costs are your responsibility and must be paid after treatment. Smoothline accepts all major payment methods (cash, Maestro, PostFinance Card, MasterCard, VISA, American Express).

Absence of guarantee of content
Smoothline does not guarantee that the information and statements published on its website are accurate, complete or up-to-date.
